Cleo Huang is a copy editor and freelance writer who works in the Los Angeles area.
Her writing draws largely from her own Asian upbringing, to foster better understanding of differences between Eastern and Western cultural backgrounds. Her day job involves composing business correspondence, as well as text for print ads, product manuals, and web content. But weaving her personal experiences into fiction is where she finds the greatest joy.
Besides reading and writing, another passion of hers is classical music. Cleo has been involved with the acclaimed choirs at Loyola Marymount University for over twenty years, and has served as editor-in-chief of Quarter Notes, its ongoing newsletter, since 2002.
